ADVERTISING MANAGEMENT & MARKETPLACE AUTOMATION

We run your advertising on Amazon and automate your catalogue

We plan, launch and optimise our clients' Amazon Ads campaigns — Sponsored Products, Brands and Display — managed through the Amazon Ads API. And we connect their ERP to Seller Central via SP-API so stock, prices and catalogue update themselves.

We manage advertising on Amazon for other brands

Liberty UpGrowth is an independent advertising services agency for brands and sellers who advertise on Amazon. We plan, launch and optimise their campaigns on their behalf, and we use the Amazon Ads API to manage and measure those campaigns at scale, as often as a growing account needs.

Advertising strategy & account structure

We audit your advertising account, define goals for each product line and rebuild the structure of campaigns, ad groups and budgets.

Campaign creation & launch

We build and launch our clients’ Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns, including targeting and creatives.

Bid & budget optimisation

We adjust bids, placements and budget allocation continuously through the Amazon Ads API, instead of reviewing the account once a month.

Keyword & search term management

Keyword research, scaling the search terms that convert and negating the ones that only burn budget.

Performance reporting

Monthly reporting on ACOS, TACOS, ROAS and impression share, matching advertising spend against the account’s actual sales.

Multi-account & multi-marketplace

We run advertising for several brands across multiple European marketplaces from one system, with the data separation that requires.

Why we run advertising through the Amazon Ads API

Managing an advertising account by hand has a ceiling: it gets reviewed every few days, reports are pulled one at a time and decisions are made on last week's data. Connected to the Amazon Ads API we read each campaign's performance daily and apply bid, budget and targeting changes without waiting for the next manual review.

  • Daily reads of campaign, ad group and search term metrics
  • Bid and budget changes applied automatically against your rules
  • Consolidated reporting across several accounts and marketplaces in one dashboard
  • Alerts when a campaign overshoots its ACOS target or burns its budget early

Your Amazon catalogue runs itself

Every hour spent exporting reports and uploading inventory templates is an hour not spent selling. We build direct integrations with the Selling Partner API so your stock, your prices and your catalogue move between your systems and Amazon on their own.

• REAL-TIME CONTROL

Know what is happening without opening Seller Central

Every stock sync, every price change and every inventory feed is logged and notified as it happens. If something breaks, you hear about it before it turns into lost sales.

  • Stock by the minute: your real inventory, reflected on Amazon every few minutes.
  • Actionable alerts: stockouts, rejected feeds and suppressed ASINs, straight away.
  • Zero CSVs: no exporting, no manual reconciling, no uploading templates.
• INFRASTRUCTURE

One dashboard for every marketplace

We bring together what today lives scattered across Seller Central, your ERP and half a dozen spreadsheets. A single control centre with the real state of your catalogue, your feeds and your orders.

  • Two-way: what changes in your ERP reaches Amazon, and what happens on Amazon comes back to your ERP.
  • Multi-country: ES, DE, FR, IT and the rest of the European marketplaces from the same system.
  • Traceability: a full history of every feed sent and its result.

Illustrative interface. All figures shown are examples, not client data.

• TRANSPARENCY

We work with your catalogue. Not with sensitive data.

Both the advertising management and the integrations run through Amazon's official channels — the Amazon Ads API and the Selling Partner API — under the authorisation you grant from your own account, and with the minimum set of permissions the work needs to function. Not one more.

What we do work with

  • Your catalogue references, SKUs and ASINs
  • Stock levels and replenishment thresholds
  • Prices, margins and your own pricing rules
  • Listing attributes: titles, bullets, images and variations
  • Order statuses and tracking numbers, to send back to Amazon
  • Your Amazon Ads campaign metrics: spend, attributed sales, ACOS and search terms

What we never touch

  • We do not access shoppers’ personal data (PII): names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses
  • We do not manipulate, alter or falsify data inside Amazon
  • We do not download or store restricted SP-API information
  • We do not scrape or use unofficial channels to obtain data
  • We do not share, resell or cross-reference your information with another client’s
  • We never use one account’s advertising performance to benefit another advertiser

You grant the access from your own Seller Central and you can revoke it at any time, without going through us. Everything we do follows Amazon's data usage policies and the GDPR.

• HOW WE WORK

Up and running in 5 steps

A guided rollout, with minimum permissions and everything tested before we touch your live account. The technical side is on us.

STEP 01

Audit

We review your Amazon Ads account and your operation: which campaigns are live, what ACOS you can absorb, how many references you move and where your time goes.

STEP 02

Data mapping

We define which fields travel, in which direction and how often. Operational catalogue and campaign data only: nothing personal, nothing restricted.

STEP 03

Access authorisation

You grant us access to your advertising account and authorise the Amazon Ads API and SP-API connections, always with minimum permissions. You grant it and you can revoke it whenever you want.

STEP 04

Rollout and testing

We stand everything up in a test environment, validate each feed and campaign change with real data, and only then move to production.

STEP 05

Ongoing management

We run your campaigns, monitor the integrations, fix errors before they cost you sales, and expand the automation as you grow.

Frequently asked questions

What almost every seller asks us before getting started.

Do you manage Amazon Ads campaigns for other brands?

Yes. It is one of our core services: we manage advertising on Amazon for brands and sellers who hire us as their agency. We handle strategy, account structure, the creation of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns, bid and budget optimisation, and monthly performance reporting. We use the Amazon Ads API to run and measure those campaigns.

What exactly is the Amazon SP-API?

It is the Selling Partner API: the official channel Amazon provides so an external system can talk to your seller account. It does the same things you do by hand in Seller Central, but automatically, in batches and without copy-paste errors.

Do you access my shoppers’ data?

No. Our work only involves operational data: SKUs, stock, prices, listing attributes, order statuses and advertising metrics. We do not access shoppers’ personal data (PII), we do not download restricted information, and we do not manipulate or alter data inside Amazon.

Do I need to give you access to my Seller Central?

You never share your username or password. The connection is authorised from your own account through Amazon’s official flow, granting only the permissions the work requires. You can revoke that access at any time, without going through us.

Which systems can you integrate with?

Practically any system that exposes an API or allows data exports: Holded, Odoo, Sage, Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, a custom ERP, or even a spreadsheet if that is what you use today.

How long does it take to go live?

Advertising management starts within days of the audit. A stock and pricing integration is usually in production in two to three weeks. Projects with complex catalogues, several marketplaces or advanced pricing logic take longer. We give you a firm timeline in the initial audit, before starting.

How does pricing work?

A monthly retainer for advertising management, and for integration projects an initial development and implementation fee plus a monthly fee covering infrastructure, monitoring, maintenance and any changes Amazon introduces to its APIs.
